Statistical Toolkit for Understanding Nutrient Thresholds

Choose the appropriate workflow for setting nutrient and supporting-element boundaries. The toolkit helps screen stressors, build transparent models, inspect diagnostics, and check candidate boundary values while keeping final ecological judgement with the user.

One stressor

Use this workflow for a single pressure-response relationship. Fit and inspect one stressor at a time, review the logistic curve, ROC/AUC evidence, and candidate threshold behaviour. See guidance and references below.

Use the guided multivariate workflow: import data, choose the EQR/BQE response, select shared predictors, screen with BRT and SEM, then compare model diagnostics and ecological plausibility. See guidance and references below.
